• Wave Dance Shipping Co Ltd reserves the right to re-route, delay or cancel cruises due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance and or bad weather/sea conditions for the safety of the customers and the yacht.
• In case of cancellation by the customer within 48 hours prior to departure a 50% fee is charged, 100% fee if less than 24 hours.
• Clients that wish to use our transfer service should be ready at their designated pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
• Clients that are making their own way to Paphos Harbour should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Sun loungers are served on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis, and not for the use of children under 12 years.
• Drinks and food are prohibited from outside the boat.
• Towels Provided during our Deluxe Day Cruise must be returned at the end of Excursion.
• No towels will be provided by Wave Dancer on board for any cruise other than the Prosecco Deluxe Day Cruise
• Wave Dance Shipping Co Ltd does NOT accept responsibility for any loss, damage or accident from circumstances beyond their control. All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• Throughout the cruise, we ask that your children respect the other guests on board by not playing unsupervised on deck or any other area of the yacht.
